What's it all about?
It has been a long time coming. The Brothers of Kappa Alpha Psi have always astonished society with their acts of achievement, spirit, scholarship, and social service. Additionally, Kappa's also have been the pioneers in successful social events to entertain us, our friends, and the public in general. Following suit of the highly successful Kappa Beach Party in Galveston Texas, the Kappa brothers of the Western Province, more specifically the California area, has come together in 1998 to host the biggest Black Greek & GDI beach party West of Arizona.

Putting great minds together and carefully playing it 'by ear', the 1998 Kali Kappa Beach Party was 200% more successful then anticipated. The next year, these great minds once again convened to make this annual event at least as successful as the previous year. By more careful planning & thought, it was eminent that the 1999 Kali Kappa Beach party was to be ----"OFF THE HOOK"---- Nuff Said!

Each year, the Kappa's bring something different. Normally in the fashion of a Pre-Party, the actual Beach Party, a tentative After-Party, and a 'special event' on the following Sunday. The Kappa's make this Beach Party event FREE TO THE COLLEGE COMMUNITY for all to enjoy a day in the fun sun of Southern Kalifornia. All this including live DJ music, dancing, refreshments, boogie boarding, bicycling, rollerblading, mixing, mingling, contests, networking, and just plain ole' fun!

The Distinguished Brothers of Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity, Inc. welcome you and yours to come out and enjoy the entire weekend with us and all those that join us. Make your summer a fun one with lots of memories to enjoy for years to come.
